My role at Floatmap extends from defining project scopes and timelines to ensuring alignment between design teams, clients, and consultants, delivering efficient, well-coordinated outcomes. I have completed multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMI), Procore Construction Management, and AI for Project Managers. reflecting my commitment to innovation and continuous learning in the field of digital project delivery.
