Cohort Studio

Cohort Studio is an adaptive reuse project in Athens, Greece, transforming an existing municipality building into a multifunctional space that combines hotel, residence, co-working, and restaurant programs. Designed to address evolving live/work patterns in a global economy, the project creates flexible, digitally enabled, and comfortable environments tailored to the millennial new-age traveler. The studio’s role involved full project coordination with the local architecture firm RCTech, clients, and other stakeholders to align the corporate vision of “making living easy.” The design harmoniously integrates hospitality, residential, and commercial functions while providing interactive spaces that encourage social engagement, productivity, and comfort. The Cohort is one part hotel, one part residence, one part co- working, and one part restaurant.
